The Flexitallic affiliate(s) identified above as the Data Controller of the Personal Data, may transfer all or some of the Personal Data received through the Site, to Flexitallic affiliates worldwide which are located outside the EEA. Flexitallic has taken steps so that the Personal Data it collects on the Site receives an adequate level of data protection at all Flexitallic locations. The Academy of Joint Integrity (AJI), part of The Flexitallic Group, is an accredited training centre involved in the training and development of Engineers involved in the assembly and tightening of flanged bolted connections.

What information we do collect about you?
We collect information about you when you when you make a course enquiry, course booking and payment with us, or attend one of our accredited courses as a delegate. The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address and information regarding what pages are accessed and when (“Collected Data”). Website usage information is collected using cookies.
We do not collect personal data such as the date of birth, identification numbers, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or other social identity information of natural persons and such information is not Collected Data.
How will we use the information about you?
The Collected Data is used to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and in order to process your order or enquiry.
